After been transferred, the staff of Maoming Port Operation Ltd., Co. forges ahead and finally turns over with the leading of Group Company. On June 5th, the 2013 general membership meeting was held in the 2F conference room. The deputy director of MGS, chairman of CMMP Hu Jun, the vice chairman of CMMP ,the general managers of each department and the staff of the sub-company took part in the meeting.
On themeeting, the deputy general manager Chen Xiang did the work report which showed the company had been turned over in the first 5 months. Cargoes loaded and unloaded realized 615 thousand tons which improved the operating income to RMB 11.5 million. Shares of16 ton were bought back which can save 1.165 million per year. Experiments replacing was promoted successfully that four trucks and one portal crane can put into operation in the next half year.
Safeoperation management was effective which no accident happened. The management system was constantly perfecting which can develop company culture. Chen explains, in the next half year, the transformation of 500 ton wharf, the replacement of experiments, the expansion the business, the construction of company system and culture development will be the emphasis. He hopes the staff can build the confidence to work aggressively to realize the dream of first-class international energy port.
After the report, the CD, PD and Machine Service Dept. managers of Port Operation Company signed the performance contracts and summarize the past five months’ work. General managers of Group Company also did related speeches.
Finally, the Chairman Hu highly appreciated the efforts the staff paid in the past five months and encourages them to make constantly efforts. He expressed, three aspects of works should be completed in the next half year. The first one is to speed up the upgrading of experiments. The second one is to create a harmony cultural atmosphere. The third one is to do the competition recruitment as soon as possible. |
