Maoming Port Group Co.,Ltd. was organized for establishment in August 2012 by Maoming Port through resource integration and with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion Yuan to speed up the development of Maoming Port, fully enhance the port’s investment and financing capacity and service level, and promote the development of Binhai New District. Being a wholly state-owned company of limited liability, it is mainly engaged in port land and coast’s development, construction, operation and management; loading, unloading & production of port container, large bulk & break bulk; port services related to the port production, including pilotage, vessel towing, cargo handling, lighterage, warehousing, shipload agency and truck transportation; and port logistics.
Maoming Port Group, standing at such a new historical starting point, will work as eve and bravely, so as to build a new convenient sea gate, accelerate the rising of Maomng Port, continuously promote the development of Maoming port into a regional shipping and logistics center, and finally become a leading company in west Guangdong and an important door of Guangdong to ASEAN.
